Eligibility Criteria:

• Program must operate in a CSBA member district or county office of education.
• Program must have started a minimum of two years prior to the entry deadline of Friday, June 26, 2026.
• Online Application must be completed by deadline of midnight of June 26, 2026 and include:
  • Narrative of the program must be in PDF format, no more than 4 pages in length, and no smaller than 11-point Ariel font.
  • The superintendent, board president and responsible administrator’s signatures are included.
  • Evidence of Board Support in PDF format, no more than 2 pages in length.
• Three (3) high-resolution, color digital photos meeting these specifications.
• No more than three (3) applications are received by each district or county office of education.
• Only one (1) winner per LEA will be awarded in an awards cycle.
